Why are we serving here?

One of the ways ForColumbia strives to love and serve our neighbors is by serving those non-profit organizations who are actively working every day in the lives of people in Columbia. One of the ways we plan to serve local non-profits this year is by providing freezer meals for the individuals they serve. In addition, this year we will also be delivering freezer meals to each of the individuals whose homes are chosen as serving sites.

What can I expect?

ForColumbia volunteers will be serving indoors to prepare multiple freezer meals for families whose homes are serving sites this year. Additionally, a few volunteers will have the opportunity to deliver meals to these families and see how other ForColumbia volunteers are serving in our community.

What should I bring?

  • ForColumbia will provide all food and supplies needed to complete this project.
  • Be sure to wear your #ForColumbia2023 T-shirt!

Can I serve here with my children?

Yes, this is a family-friendly project and a great way to serve with elementary-aged children!
